Privacy Policy

1. Collection and use of information

(1) In order to create accounts, identify users, respond to inquiries and emails, etc. to provide you with services, improve software performance and appearance, recommend new functions/products, etc., the company will ask you to provide personal information (including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, etc.), and will collect other information related to you (including but not limited to device information, log information, location information and other similar feature records).

(2) The user experience improvement plan of DT is based on the statistics of usage data to diagnose system problems and optimize product experience. Our ultimate goal is to provide customers with better quality products (including official websites, intelligent software systems, various systems with official accounts as the entrance, and all official applications and other settings, etc.) generated during the process of data information. In the user experience improvement plan, we will only accumulate the overall usage data of all users, and will not include or upload any content involving your personally identifiable information. The aforementioned statistics include but are not limited to: number of page visits, number of button clicks, configuration attributes of setting items, etc. With the upgrade of subsequent versions of our products, the scope of our statistics will change, and your behavior of downloading/installing/using subsequent versions of our products will be deemed as your agreement to the relevant changes at that time.

(3) DT may combine the information you submit through your own account with DT other services or third-party information in order to provide you with a better experience and improve the service quality of DT.

(4) The products and services of DT may contain links or information of third-party products and/or services. If you fill in your personal information on other platforms or submit/publish through third-party programs, that party may be informed of your information. The third-party application may have its corresponding privacy policy, please review it carefully, and please consider carefully before providing personal information. This privacy policy does not apply to the behavior of third parties collecting information from you, and the company cannot control the behavior of third parties, so it will not be responsible for the behavior of third parties in collecting and using your information.

(5) DT will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and the content stated in this privacy policy to collect and use your information. Unless you have an authorization document issued by the company, the specific staff of the company will not directly ask you for personal information. In case of such a situation, you can directly contact the company.

 

2. Disclosure of information

(1) Unless stipulated by laws and regulations, required by government departments or exceptions stated in this privacy policy, DT will properly keep your information and will not disclose it.

(2) You hereby authorize that, in the following circumstances, DT may disclose your information to third parties without further obtaining your consent:

a) If the disclosure of such information is necessary to identify, contact or file a lawsuit that may cause damage to the rights or property of the company, website users or anyone else (including the rights and properties of any other person);

(b) DT provides personal information to DT’s affiliates or other cooperative enterprises or individuals, so that they can represent/assist DT in processing such information. DT requires the above-mentioned parties to agree to process this information in accordance with DT’s regulations, this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations.

 

3. Information security

(1) DT will make reasonable efforts to protect your information security, but you should know that DT cannot completely avoid risks related to personal information security (especially in the event of circumstances beyond the control of DT, such as force majeure or third-party reasons), therefore, DT cannot make any definite guarantee or commitment to the maintenance or confidentiality of private information. If the company knows that the security of the data it has obtained and stored has been compromised or due to external actions (including but not limited to external security attacks), the user's non-public information has been disclosed to an unrelated third party, despite other exemptions in this policy, the company will still take reasonable measures it deems appropriate (including but not limited to internal investigations, reporting and notifying law enforcement agencies, and cooperating with law enforcement agencies, etc.). At the same time, the company will also take legal and reasonable measures to notify the relevant users if it deems it appropriate, to inform them of the disclosed information and the degree of knowledge of the information by the company.

(2) You should pay attention to protecting the security of your personal information. For example, do not disclose your personal passwords, etc.

(3) The company will take necessary measures to prevent internal staff from obtaining/utilizing/disclosing your information beyond their authority.
